What is this?

This rubber mount (for lack of better words) is totally worn out but I have no idea what it is called. It’s above the drive shaft and exhaust but under the sway bar in the center of the car.
anyone know what it’s called and what it does?

I'm not sure yet. its 140.00 and I don't know what it does. If it helps fight this damn vibration I'm feeling then yes, I'll replace it. I'm trying to find out what exactly it does.
