Weird Issues after 1 year of ownership

So yesterday marked my 1 year of ownership..... bought the car with 9k miles... now @ 26k. Been getting a message daily for the past couple of days, even after I delete them.... then this morning the volume stopped working... Anyone have this problem before? Will bring it in to the dealership later this week...

A lot of us have been getting the TPMS messages, both in RL's and MDX's. I figure it's because of the cold snap most of the country is dealing with. And, yes, you delete them and sometimes they come back the next day.

I have no idea about the volume issue.

If it's just the volume control, it may be one of those issues for which the car needs to be "rebooted" (e.g. battery disconnected, then reconnected). I'd try that and if no help, it's definitely dealer time.

Those who know better than me will chime in soon, hopefully.

^ werd. I'll reset the ECU before I bring it in to the dealer. And yep, the message are annoying!

okay.....issues magically are gone.. except for the message. Totally random, such as info on tire pressure, etc...

Havent heard of it, try the ecu reset like mentioned above. If the dealer can't help you, let me know.

If "volume problems" are on XM, then it could be XM's fault (i.e. on my annual renewal date all channels went on mute because their billing system blew up).

If it's on CD's, AM/FM radio, and/or navigation then it could be a bigger issue as discussed above.
