I wasn't able to find any threads with this issue- my driver side front blinker doesn't come on with the turn signal (mirror and rear signal light up, but very fast)

when the hazards are are turned on- it works... any ideas?

maybe bulb is burnt out?

 

Is it different bulbs for turn signal vs hazard?

 

most cars use 1 bulb for turn signal and hazard with a dual filament bulb

Thoiboi and Justin are right, just had the bulbs out on my RL, dual filament bulbs indeed.
