Starter issues? 2010

hello all, I recently jumped started a friend. The next morning my car wont start. My battery is healthy, it was replaced in january. My car wont turn over. It's not making the clicking sound like it normally would when turning over. I did a few taps on my starter and still a no go.

I was looking in the OM and came across the secondary interior fuse box. I'm having trouble finding it on the driver side. Could the Starter diag & signal possibly be the issue? Any help is appreciated

The fuse box is on the driver's side wall just left to your leg. Cover slides out backwards.

I found that box. But it doesn't contain the starter diag or the signal. I'm trying to see if its a blown fuse

That box has all these fuses above, the 33 ones.

I think the big 1 & 2 labeled boxes are under the hood.

This is not clear enough. Even after googling it I still have no idea where it is and or how to open it
