Wow~!, great video. Wonder which bmi it's from. Tschuyia loved the car (sugoi=amazing) and at some points you can see him leave the NSX camera car by quite a bit!.

Great video even though I couldn't understand a word of it. Yet again, SH-AWD is the shiznit. It's not RWD, but it's not bad.

My friend translated this video for me and to sum it up..

Both of the drivers said this car made it easy to go around the track fast and they could not break it loose.. and brakes fell heavy or something like that….

Exactly as I would expect. The thing simply goes where they point it and they are just driving the fastest line. It is clear they are trying to get it to break loose in a couple of places and found it pretty much impossible. I was discussing the dynamics of cornering in the thread on the SH-AWD Wiki post and that fits exactly with what they are showing. I wish I could understand the comments they are making, but I get the feeling they were quite impressed with how docile and neutral the car is and how well the SH-AWD works. It certianly looked good from the outside.

I don't know what the rules are for sport sedan racing and if the RL could qualify with AWD - but Acura could go a long way in promoting the RL by fielding a factory RL team that would go out and kick butt!!!

I wonder if thay had done anything beyond stock brakes? I experienced some fade during aggressive driving last weekend.

The video shows the weight being 1300 kg - losing some 460 kg - that is a pretty substantial weight reduction. Wouldn't be too hard to do by striping it down. You can't have all the comfort items, gadgets and light weight too.
