bracket rattle from AEM CAI?

So this morning when I was driving my RL to work I could hear some faint rattling from the instrument panel. The sound was more prominent when I was trying to reverse, but holding the car down. I opened the door while the car was in the R gear, the rattling sound was a little louder. During the stop and go traffic, just this morning, I could hear more of a rattling sound from the engine compartment when the car was accelerating. There was also some squeaking sound coming from the suspension/engine compartment when going over bump slowly.

I took the car to the dealer and they said that all the noises are from the bracket to hold the AEM CAI, and therefore they didn't do a thing to fix the problem.

For those of you with CAI, any problems?

Never had a issue my either with the intake. You can easily check the intake tube by trying to move it, if it makes no sound then it's definitely something else in the car.

well, my intake tube is pretty tight. The only thing that's movable is the little black box that's attached to the fender, under the bracket. Maybe that's what's making noises...

There is only 1 bolt holding that black box on a stock RL or one with a intake, so there is some minor flex in that piece, but since it's plastic it shouldn't make any noise.
