Side Mirror

My driver side mirror casing is loose. Does anyone have an idea on how to tighten? I see a little "door" underneath but not sure how to open.

I had the similar problem. Just go to the dealer and they would tighten it up for you.

My driver's side mirror casing had separated and the dealer replaced, no questions asked.

Thanks for the link. I will give it a try this weekend. Probably can't get the dealership to fix it, got 145,000 miles.
