I have always over-maintained her with fresh fluids, filters, belts, hoses, tires, batteries, plugs and brakes. She has never left me on the road or anyplace else. Her only demands were $22 leather on the console lid and a $165 engine cooling fan. My most reliable car ever.

I’m at 150K with all maintenance/belts and only $28 headlight level sensor, TPMS and the AC condenser fan replaced. MANY flawless road trips already this year.
My wife’s MDX has 160k w/all services/belts and only replaced a DRL bulb. It’s our family workhorse. It tows snowmobiles and a boat plus numerous family road trips throughout the USA. Crazy reliable.

I have heard nothing but great things about MDX's. What year is your wife's? Thanks,

Good to hear! I have had the same experience, 274k miles on my 2007 RL, the only non-maintenance items have been the alternator at 186k and the fuel pump 231k. The A/C condenser fan bearing has been making a lot of noise recently, so I expect that might be the next repair. I fully plan to keep this car as long as possible, I can't even consider selling it with how good of a car it has been.

I recently had to change a gas cap, but that was only because I dropped it.
