Satisfied GranSport 6 brake pads

Hey, just noticed TireRack has these new pads in stock promising better stopping performance. Anyone know anything about these?

http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brake...ar=&perfCode=S

The price is double their other pads and is on par with OEM. I am wondering if these can provide better stopping with no noise and acceptable brake dust.

Looks like they come with a 30 day money back guarantee too.

All Satisfied Pro Performance, Pro Ceramic and Pro SUV pads purchased from Tire Rack by retail consumers are backed by a 30 Day Satisfaction Pledge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Satisfied Disc Brake Pads, you can return them to Tire Rack within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price of the brake pads.

Nice ceramic pads. I don't know of anyone who's used them here, though. May not hurt to give them a try.

Well, I purchased the pads from TireRack, special order, they got here like a week ago...

Ran through the drill of bedding them in with new slotted rotors.

I don't feel a stopping difference from stock after a week...

I'll try some triple digit slow downs later to see if that improves.

finally got a chance to do what I said I would do...don't try this at home all digits in Kilometers.

slammed down at 120 and the car didn't slide like on stockies and actually provided a good firm nose dive and double digit speed decline.

SATISIFED BRAKE pads THUMBS UP!!!

I am ordering 2 more sets, they are back ordered for months, should ship by the time I need em again...or if I decided to throw out the rear pads early...

stopping distance is impressive. When cold...they feel crappy.

Satisfied is a company out of Cornwall, ON. The GS6 you are trying is the street only pad. If you want a bit more bite, buy the GS5, it's the track/street compound. Anything lower than the GS5 is more track biased. iBrakeparts.com sells them for less than TireRack last time I checked.

I didn't want anything with the word track in it as I generally do not heat up the pads enough to get the best out of them and they are actually worse when cold.

I'm happy with the street only pad.

Thanks again for the update, Leo! You may want to comment on brake dust as well.

brake dust...I don't think there's much to speak of. My current wheels are pretty dark and I haven't noticed any dust...I'd say there isn't much dust, there no squeeling apart from a noise when going from 0-1...vs stock being always quiet.

What are your thoughts on stainless steel brake lines? I saw some on eBay and was wondering if they were worth the $80.
