Power Plenum Grill Origin

I thought this was obvious? They plainly stated at that very auto show that the ASCC would foreshadow some of the design cues of upcoming Acuras. How is this news?

I think they showed the ASCC just so people would understand that there is something far uglier than the '09 RL.

If there are decent after market grill options for the new RL, it might make it look like a who different car.

This possibility has been raised in a couple of other threads. This option wouldn't require any factory retooling, and could be sold as a dealer add-on, like on the Pilot.
