I am likely one of the few people who use the RLs OwnerLink page. But there are changes a commin'....again.
A little over a year ago, they merged Ownerlink for Acura and Honda. Shortly thereafter, I was no longer able to make appontments online with my dealership. Also, that was about the time my AcuraLink messages stopped.
About 7 months later, my dealership was again integrated with OwnerLink for appointments, but Acuralink messages,,, nadda. I did not even get the Acuralink message for the PS hose recall.
Now I see they are going to seperate Acura and Honda Ownerlink and we will soon have "My Acura" web pages.
In the mean time, the HFL minisite has been revised. Problem 1: The browser opens in a smaller browser window. You cannot view the whole page content area. There is a scroll up and down bar, but no side to side. So your content is truncated and you have tunnelvision.
Your choce is to reduce the view of the web page to say, 75%, so you now have a smaller view of an already small browser window.
Problem 2: They've changed the feature comparisons between all cell phone models so you have to look at each phone model individually to see what features work per model.
They removed the full page chart of all models that shows all features for all models, making a phone selection more comparable by your carrier.
Now try and do this, phone by phone, page by page within a reduced browser window that does not display the whole page content and you cannot scroll around to view?
Problem 3: HFL minisite previously listed phone models in Test. No more.
It used to say 'check back' when you selected a phone model in test. Well I checked back and there is no more information.
I have been stalking for the Moto Q 9h, which was in Test last week...now there is no information.
So I wrote to HFL support from Ownerlink, knowing I will get a gee whiz reply.
I called Acura CS about the AcuraLink disconnect from OwnerLink and got the 'not a known issue' response.
If they cannot manage these issues, I wonder what a circus it will become down the road for our technology laden RLs?

I just logged in to see what you were talking about, and discovered they had reverted back to all my old info from before I moved. Had to change it all....again. I had to go through this several times before and then ended up calling to get it changed once and for all, because it kept going back to my old info.

I was going to PM you to see how yours is working. I am watching the prices as it is out nearly 6 months, about when prices drop and incentives rise.
