Owner of a 2008 TL. Considering purchasing 2005 RL for teenager. (He needs a safe Car) Audi dealer countered at 11,000. It has 122,000 miles, the body and interior are nearly perfect. Only thing I see is the peeling chrome on the front bumper trim. I did get the AFS warning light to come. I know it needs a timing belt so I am really looking at what $12,700. Seems high and am looking for opinions.

Way too high. That car shouldn't be sold for more than $10k.

Take a look through the new owner sign-in (1st post, start at the last page and go back) to get a good idea of what people are paying now.

 

Just wondering if you could give me more information on this RL (color, location, etc).

FYI I got 10k trade in for my RL around the same mileage.
