Paint or tape? Tape should peel right off (may leave some adhesive behind but that's easy to get off) but the paint under the stripe may look a little different until you give it a good polishing. Paint is not so easy to remove.

If it is tape and doesn't seem to be peeling easily, take a hair dryer to it and it'll be simple.

This would be ideal:

A hairdryer also works, or a heat gun used wisely.

Just found out It's painted on not tape. Its not a ridiculous color but i am just not into pinstripes. Can a professional body shop remove this? would i be damaging the clear quote in anyway.

If they are cleared over, it could be a problem and you may have to sand them off which could easily lead to the need for a repaint. There are ways to sand but you have to be very careful and proceed very slowly.

If not cleared over, and they most likely aren't, there are two things to try...lacquer thinner (shouldn't hurt the paint under...I often use it as a tar remover) or...believe it or not...Easy-Off Heavy Duty Oven Cleaner. Haven't tried it myself but have heard of it working very well with no damage to the underlying paint. Worth a shot.
