Oil percentage

I am a new owner with 600 miles, amazing car. I drive it more than my NSX.
I am at 100% on the oil now, at what levels will it drop, 1, 5,10%?

thanks.

It is not based on mileage anymore but the car's oil viscosity will dictate how quickly or slow it drops in percentage.

Thanks

Question, it actually changes with viscosity?
I thought it worked off computer numbers, hours, temps, kind of driving?
To clarify, I thought it does not analyse the oil????

Yeah, it's more a matter of analyzing your operating conditions - no. of engine starts, temperature, engine speed, etc., etc. For instance, if you go on a highway trip (which is usually easier on oil), the oil life percentage will diminish more slowly. Do a lot of stop and go in 100 degree temps and it will diminish more quickly.

It doesn't actually analyze the oil, just your usage.

As a point of comparison, my oil life dropped to 90% after about 500 miles; probably due to our very heavy traffic congestion. System do not analyze oil, just monitors engine operating environment.

Guys keep in mind that as soon as the oil life drops to 99% it will display 90% on the MID

Oil Life ------- MID
100% ------> 100%
90%-99%-> 90%
80%-89%-> 80%
70%-79%-> 70%

etc.

Thanks, GoHawks. Thought 90% equalled 90%.
