Need your help......

Ok so I had a busy week messing around, monday I had the DWS's installed on my 06 RL. Then Thursday did an oil change, today new front brakes pad's and rotors & an alignment only to get on the highway to have the check tranny lite come on with the automated voice telling me that the tranny may shift firmly and to bring to the dealer asap and the AFL adaptive front lighting light to come on. I immediately slowed down, lowered the radio, shut the sunroof to see if I could hear anything or feel anything. But everything is normal, I babied it to my location before shutting the iginition. Then I immediately started it back off and both lites were out. I drove back home (about 20 miles) drover slow, fast, manurally shifted, let it auto shift and everyting is 100% normal.... WTF?

Any suggestions?

Might have just been a hiccup in a sensor. I wouldn't worry about it if it doesn't come back on.

Battery.

Check the tranny fluid level to be safe, but my money is on battery.

My dealer has instructed me to cycle the car on and off when I get weird codes, I say roll with it.

In the mean time have your battery checked.

I drove about 120 miles today (usually takes two weeks) and no lights!

I put a meter on the battery and I was 12.6 (car off) and 14.3 (running). I dont have the means to load test the battery but will go tomorrow after work.

One issue I do have is the car is still drifting to the rite and a small vibration which I have to say is the two bent rims. Gonna stop at the shop after work tomorrow and have him put it back on the alignment machine......

An impact that bends a wheel could certainly impact the alignment and steering components.

As for the battery, a load test is the way to go... these cars are very sensitive to even a moderately weak battery.
