Hey... just out of curiosity, while we're on the topic --- does the RL also have Honda "inscriptions" all over the tempered glass and body panels? If so, I'd really like to see jftjr explain that one!
While I don't engage in JDM conversions or rebadging, I can certainly understand and appreciate why some blokes do it. Honestly, I'm still surprised that we get so much of this snobbery on Acurazine. After all, Acuras have long been known as the "value-priced" lux brand. Are NSX owners the same way?

Actually no.. the prices of the RL are too good to be true right now. I may be trading my current TL in for it. It was either that or the Type S.

I haven't gotten my RL (Legend) back yet, my TPMS doesn't send any reading to the MID screen, the dealer is trying to figure out the problem. i told them to take all the time they want, as long as they'll get it right. they've had the car there for 3 weeks last month for the same reason, Acura sent thier tech, but couldn't fix it.

I just got my car back, the issue wasn't resolved. Honda sent an engineer who participated in designing the RL, but even he couldn't figure out the problem, but pointed at the aftermarket Ronjon wheels. Other Ronjon wheel owners don't have my problem and as far as i was informed, all their sonsors function well.
I'll post the pictures in few minutes, the Mugen emblem plus the fog HID conversion

I have couple of Mods left
1- Mugen bosy kit with rear spoiler
2- JDM air bag
3- JDM door seal
4- JDM headlights
I've checked with my dealer, the RL uses 4 pins for airbag connection, i'm just waiting on the Legend connector info.
I estimate 30 days to get the parts from Japan.
invincible569, please let me know if you have the number

I'm running the same bulbs on my bikes and other car, and i couldn't b any better.
The ballast is fairly small which allows flexibility to mount anywhere.

how much should I anticipate a shop to charge me for the installation? Did you buy the HIDs from your shop or online? I think the HID fogs are great! Or should I get the a-spec suspension and bodykit first?

If you're interested, call Dan or Chris @703-406-0825. Kar Tunes in Sterling, VA.
They deal with top end cars and very professional. If anyone seen Dave Batistas H2 in Dulles Auto show last month, the work was done in the same place.

For your bodykit or suspension, call Tim @ 1-888-RAY-LAKS or log on to www.hondacuraworld.com. Best part is you never pay for shipping, handling is $3.50 no matter what you purchase. Good luck

the price sounds very good except I am on the other side of the country though. If I were in VA I would definitely bring my car over.

Belive it or not, but JDM Legend has 8 different headlight units with different features and prices.
I'm still waiting on my shop to determine which one is compatible with my RL. somehow i beolieve sweveling headlight is not standard in Japan.

I've added one more thing to my order which is the brake caliper with Honda imprint. I was expecting it to be expensive, but i was qouted $860.00 for a pair.
