Headlight Flickering PLEASE HELP

06 RL Tech with 123k . Passenger side headlight flickering started 4/5 months ago. Replaced all the bulbs with top of the line I think Sylvania at the time. Same headlight continued to flicker. Bought a ballast off ebay from a 08 RL, problem continued. Finally splurged and bought a brand new ballast from Curry Acura installed it and it my headlight is still flickering. I inspected the igniter and it looked good on a visual inspection. I need help, If I cant figure this one out, Im heading to the stealer/dealer and who knows how much they could stab me. Please help, any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Happened with my 05 RL and replaced both HID with Philips 85122C1, which fix the problem.
Do not replace the ballasts because I did and the flickering did not stop.
I am also planning replacing my HID on my 2011 RL before they start flickering, I have selected the Osram 66240 CBI at 5500K.

Had my Acura dealer replaced both of my low beam last week with Osram 66240 CBI up to 5500K and what a difference. The factory stock bulbs are also Osram 66240 with a brown sleeve guess these are 4300K.
The light output on the road is really beautiful with immense lane coverage.
The bulbs are worth the price and I will be enjoying them for a long time to come.
I truly recommend the Osram Cool Blue Intense 5500K

So would this flickering also include when one of the lights completely goes out, and then you turn the lights off and on and it comes back on?

In my experience, yes. I've had this happen on my Camry that has a TSX retrofit.

Yes, bulbs need replacement. I like to suggest replacing both bulbs so the color and intensity match up.

That is such odd behavior to exhibit. You would think that it would just go out, inside of intermittently working. And then working again when you turn the lights off and on real quick. *scratches head*

For the experts here, I checked on ebay for the bulbs you guys mentioned, and this was one of the first that came up. Since they are usually about $50 a bulb, this is really cheap. I'm assuming they wouldn't last very long or could this be a killer deal?

I'd honestly avoid ebay for bulbs, too many fakes rolling around ebay... If you'd like, TheRetrofitSource has a pretty much permanent 10% off coupon: TRSHJ

Hope that helps!

Maybe check your alternator. My car had the same issue and after I got the alternator replaced the flickering stopped completely.

I'm having same flickering and turning off issue
which happends also to be same headlight that does not move side to side when I turn the wheel

its weird heres all that I'm seeing now
driver headlight:
flickers. turns off but back on with the switch
does not move with steering wheel turn
but moves side to side when running diagnostic with autel scanner
afs light is on
is this all related to something common?

I mean all these issues seem to be on the driver side headlight

is there a ground or voltage problem with this?

I think I might have seen the same thing today on my few day old 2010 RL. On most of my cars I don't use auto headlight mode and opt for a manual mode. Yesterday the lights didn't flicker but I think the switch was in manual mode. In the morning when I left the house, I just put it in auto but since is was already bright outside, the lights didn't turn on. In the evening though I have noticed the flicker of left light or both few times. Flicker happened mostly after starting the car and while backing out of the parking spot.
