got a save $9000 on 08 RL
check this out, I got this email today from Oakland Acura. Maybe since it is off MSRP it really is like the $3500 I got off below invoice...

"You gotta do what you gotta do" Yeah, they understand no one will pay MSRP or even a little below that amount for an RL - Sadly.. Like you said some return is better then none...

I mean they're making something on it.. I'm aware of holding costs but they wouldn't sell it at a lost.. If anything they would settle to just break even and recooperate their expense. I'm sure honda offers nice discounts on the car off the price a dealer would normally pay often referred to as "trunk money."
I think the dealers are not netting what they would like to get on the RL, and because of weak sales have accepted a low profit margin on it.
