Annoyed...
Annoyed...
Droped my car off for the Upgrade and to fix a rattle near the rear windshield. So far they've had the car now for 8 days...
It's kinda frustrating.... I know quite a few of you have had this service done, is this the average repair time?
I also find it frustrating that I had to wait until March 17th to drop the car off when I called in mid February.
Maybe it's time to try another dealer for service...

8 days for a fix is completely unacceptible in my view
Did you talk with the service manager to find out why it's taking so long? If you do not get satisfaction from the service manager, ask to talk to the dealership manager. You should not have to put up with this extremely poor service.

I showed up at the appointed time and dropped the car off. Spoke to the lady at the counter about the loaner and find out they had put me down for the wrong day (
). They said it was fine and that they would get me a loaner nonetheless. So I wait there for 20 minutes while some girl runs to get a loaner and some chump in front of me who had, without an appointment, dropped off a car that needed some extensive work (sounded like the tranny) and was whining about a loaner. So the girl comes back and gets him set up with a loaner while I continue to wait (this is all during my lunch hour) and then the girl proceeds to tell me that they do not have a loaner for me now because they don't have anymore temporary registrations for any more cars. (
) They tell me that I now have to wait for Enterprise to come pick me up and take me to rent a car. I immediately grab the service rep and proceed to give him a piece of my mind.Basically, it ended up taking me 2 hours to drop my car up for service, pick up a rental, and get back to work, even though Radley is really only 15 minutes away. What a pain in the ass. Radley's service department has been a HUGE disappointment.
Okay, you guys need to go to Pohanka. Seriously that's messed up.
I always walk in and be out with a loaner, sometimes without even an appointment. They have plenty of loaner cars, and they issue you temporary registration on the spot so no waiting.
I have never had a problem with Pohanka about that.

In late January, I called to schedule an appointment to have a bunch of recall/tsb/maintenance stuff taken care of. I needed a loaner because the car would have to stay at least overnight and I tutor at night so I needed transportation. The earliest appointment they had where I could get a loaner they told me was two weeks later so I booked it for that time.

So, you meant that guy came late and without the appointment got the only left-over loaner car away from you? It sucks... really aweful service treatment.
