168 RLs in November
Down 8.5% from last year, but overall the RL is selling 4.4% better than last year.
The RL is a real trooper, it just refuses to die.....either on the road or in sales.
I say, "good taste" to all new RL owners from November.

I love the RL because it is so stealthy! Unfortunately, the car's very clean, simple, and classy lines (2nd Gen RL) make it anonymous. Not that I am complaining! The car is perfect for me and I will love it through and through!
yea...service advisor told me never to show my face there again...
I talked to the manager, I was encouraged to go to another dealer for 10 whole minutes...but after repetitive questions of "Am I forbidden to come to theirs" the answer was no, so I guess something is stopping them.
so much for customer service...and anonymous acura corp surveys too.
and I'm due for a 40k service too since I don't think I ever did the 30k...DOH

I was in the service lanes at Crown in Richmond, and I literally heard the manager tell this lady that she wasn't welcomed at their dealership.
The bad part is that's the only Acura dealer in the area.

but to turn surveys against customers, that's the opposite of what they're supposed to do.
If I were her I'd locate the owner of that dealership and if that don't work, contact Acura Corp.
they have to service the vehicle, that's what they are there for!
It's nice that even though you moved on, you still seem to have a place in your heart for Acura's flagship. It's my favorite sedan with the new grill. It flows the best on the RL.
I've had several run-ins with my Dealer on Service. One of the Service Advisors has the phrase "Not my fault" printed on his business card. I tried to discuss one of the TSBs with him and he told me that he never reads them. What a great "Advisor".

The RL is the all-around best car I've owned to date. I moved on not because I didn't like the RL, but because I wanted to experience a big, thirsty, powerful, torque-monster RWD V8 car before they disappear from the automotive landscape in favor of turbo V6s and hybrids.

Sorry to hear it, Leo. One of the disadvantages of being a (rare) RL owner.
