I have 2g TL and 4g TL people nipping at my heels! I think you guys might come in before the 4G tl people because of the status of the project right now, but we might see a race between 2g TL and RL...

MrHeelToe, it seems you're passionate about what you do and I appreciate the candor in regards to the RL J-pipe. Assuming the project gets off the ground in March, how soon would you guesstimate first-run shipment?

Ok guys, it is just about time. I am going to shortly be contacting the 4g TL SH-AWD guy and the RL guy we have lined up to coordinate a simultaneous test fit and prototype/cost eval/final design/order taking session!

I don't know what he means either as 09 is KB2.

 

I believe what he means by "full kb1 chassis coverage" is the 2nd gen RL, including any MMC. I'm not sure if it's common knowledge that the 09+ chassis is called kb2.

I also hope he meant exhaust. I like their 3G TL true dual setup.

RL already has a true dual setup...stock.

 

Please make sure it has ground clearance. As our stock pipe sticks out pretty low when lowered.

 

Remove me from the list, sold the RL.

You are gonna love the extra 20+ hp the RL needs. The SH-AWD will use it well.

 

My wife's gonna be pissed as hell. After installing the tv adaptor for the navi system, I told her there's nothing else to be done on this car. I was wrong again.

 

Get some balls and do what you want to your car. I'm so glad I dont date or choose to get married. I can do what ever i choose with what i purchased because let's see, I BOUGHT it. I thank god everyday I hear/read comments like yours or similar.

If I was alone I'd be marrried by now. I'm loving making me happy. Spending all my hard earned money on me and not having to explain to someone why I'm choosing to buy rims for MY car. My home is happy and my dog. .

Haha I see both sides of this coin, but while you are making YOU happy with material things that will degrade over time, people in realtionships are hopefully making themselves happy with something money cannot buy which is a loving relationship that will only grow better over time. (Again this is if its a happy relationship)
I refuse to let any woman dictate how I spend MY money. As long as the bills are paid and I take care of her then I see no problems in me treating myself as well. Its all about balance.

I'll subscribe to this thread for updates. I ordered 2 weeks ago 5zigen fireball mega exhaust but haven't pay for it yet till it gets here in the states in mid April. Now with the crisis in Japan who knows.
