A/C is blowing hot air in my '05 RL with 33,000 miles!!
Let me start by saying I have read all posts reguarding this issue.
I still have questions...
1. Is Accura aware this is a reaccuring problem, if so are they fixing the problem with no cost to the owner?
2. If they are not admitting fault are the repair costs covered by warranty?
3. If they require an owner to pay how much is the damage report?
4. Why the hell can't this happen in the winter!!!

Just noticed you have only 33k miles. You should still be covered under warranty.

 

I believe an '05 with 33k miles should still be under warranty because it's typically 4 years/50k miles, whichever comes first. So no out of pocket for you. I had the same thing happen at 42k miles. I'd be crapping my pants if it were to happen out of warranty.
