third gear pressure switch location

Can someone point me to where third gear pressure switch is located on the transmission? I experienced the jerk/judder sometimes. I am aware of transmission software update (mine is 2017) and drain and refill procedure (service bulletin 17-17, 17-18), though reading the comments on this and other forums it doesn't appear to be the culprit of the problem. Acura mechanic told me the switch is likely the issue, but I haven't found many complaints. Acura wants $406 for replacement and I would rather swap it myself and save a few $.

Try this discussion. I know it's for an earlier RDX but I can't imagine there is too much difference.

Good luck.
Thank you for the link. I have seen that thread but it is no help since it is completely different transmission/engine combo.

I am posting this here for folks coming to this thread in the future. That is the same transmission/engine combo. (although the Acura engine is tuned a little different)

Thanks for the above link Egads, I'm thinking about changing mine out with 85 k miles on the odometer, I have changed the fluids out as required as the miles have accumulated and followed Acura recommendations . There is a slight judder in the low gears
when heavily getting into the throttle , but no judder when taking it easy. Wondering if changing out 2nd and 3thrd switches would help in those ares , and also wondering what the part numbers for those 2 different switches would be, Thanks again.

Have you ever had the software update? That includes doing three fluid changes in secession. The trans, without the software update(s) deteriorates the fluid much faster.
So just doing the normal drain & fills called for under normal maintenance are not enough. The link above is to address a very noticeable "bang" when shifting, not the "judder"
the software and fluid addresses.
