I have a dent on my lift gate that I want to hammer out from inside... Also previous owner left shit inside and they constantly roll around. How do I safely remove the inner panel? Seems to be a lot of electrical accessories inside. Service manuals, videos, step by step instructions are appreciated!

They are all essentially just plastic panels that just snap off. Look for indents on the plastic covers that you can pry up on.

 

Have you done it before? I managed to take a glimpse inside and there is a slew of electrical wires connected to each other. I don't want to finish the job and found out my backup camera ceased working

 

I've taken off the panels on the bottom where the cargo lights are, and I've also taken the panels off that go around the rear windshield. I haven't taken the whole entire back off though.
