How to pull a relay without breaking it?

Ok I’m fairly mechanically inclined and have worked on many different cars. But my RDX is my daily and gives me no issues.

until the AC started acting weird just recently and I wanted to swap the relays to see if that was my issue. My Freon is full and but the AC clutch keeps engaging and disengaging.

I tried metal picks (delicately), needle nose pliers, plastic spudger. Need some guidance so I don’t destroy anything plastic in the fuse panel.

Thank you guys and gals in advance.

Push Pin Pliers or Relay Puller Pliers are great at reaching relays. What year and mileage?
