Has anyone upgraded or replaced the factory audio / NAV system? If so, with what? I’d be interested in adding Apple Car Play and other apps.

The Audio system is fully integrated with the car making a straight aftermarket replacement near impossible. But anything is possible with enough money.

 

This article needs a refresh. Would be interested in hearing from someone who successfully installed Navtool or similar.

I installed a navtool on my 2017 mdx advanced package. It works really well except getting a ground loop issue on the aux audio. Been working with navtool to try to isolate the issue (this is with their new released navtool 6 with wireless carplay/Android auto). They are sending me a new harness which hopefully will fix it.
