According to the 2016 navi manual:
  • The file format of the image that can be imported is BMP or JPEG.
  • The individual file size limit is 10 MB.
  • The maximum image size is 5,800 × 5,800 pixels.
  • Up to 10 files can be saved for each driver (Driver 1 and Driver 2).
  • If the USB flash drive does not have any pictures, the No files detected message appears.

It looks just as good or better than my computer screen resolution and I have a high end gaming rig PC with 3D graphics accelerator that can run every modern game smoothly at high resolutions.

I only use it in unfamiliar territory otherwise I have my wallpaper on. If I need nav I just push the talk button and say "navigation".

I'm driving around in my own town most of the time so there's no need. Plus I'm the type of person who doesn't want to become too dependent on using navigation to find my way around. I know some people who need navigation just to find their way home. SMH

Honestly, I can't figure out how to use the navigation. And, I've tried.

Press the Nav button then press the menu button. Then use the dial to pick which location option you want e.g. Address. Then use the touch screen at each prompt.

Can it show the navigation and wallpaper at the same time?

EDIT: I mean, on the two different screens. Can one have nav and the other have the wallpaper still?

Can you customize the navigation screen in the RDX? How does your look?
Also how do you switch without using voice command? I never liked voice things whether on cellphone or in car, they usually have trouble understand my accent.

Haven't tried customizing. You can switch using buttons and knobs if you don't want to use voice command. I use both...

Wallpaper looks good. Which screen does the NAV go on? Top or bottom? I would love to be able to have a sexy wallpaper while NAV going at the same time...

I find that the quality of the display is not very good. The number of colors being displayed is not enough for some images. Here is an example:

This is the original image:

On some other images, it looks better:

I guess that pictures with the sky is out of the question.

I also find that loading images is extremely slow (these are 5000 pixel images, 6 Mb files)
