Acura RDX 2017 Help

Hello. I have an acura rdx 2017 car on a tow truck, the key was lost and there is no way to unload the car. Help me on how to get off the tow truck. Can I shift to Neutral in any way? How to do it without a car key?
regards

Assuming the wheels are stright because its on a tow truk. Assuming its on a flatbed, otherwise the driver could lower it.

There should be a shift release button around the shifter area. Its covered by a tab you can pull out with your key. If there isnt one of these because its all electronically driven by buttons... Then welcome to the future.

I think your (physical) key is intended to actuate the release. But, I don't think the mechanism actually "recognizes" the key, just the "flat thin shape" that it represents. [no guarantee on that so don't force it!]
