So the AC is cold on the left driver vent, but warm on the right driver vent. It's also cold on every other vent including the back.
Is this probably the mix motor or vent?

I measured with a thermometer. Every vent except the one to the immediate left of the stereo is cold.

The large driver vent to the left of the stereo is 10 degrees warmer.

From left to right - driver side extreme left vent cold, next vent warm (left of radio). Right of radio (passenger), cold and extreme right passenger cold.
Back seat cold.

 

Hard to tell without being there but it could be something like a blend door not opening fully.

This diagnostic is done elementary, turn on the maximum temperature so that hot air blows from the driver's vent, then make the minimum temperature. If the air temperature drops from hot to the interior temp, then you need to charge the freon, if the temperature does not change at all, neither to the hot nor to the cold side, then your door or actuator is faulty.

 

I guess I need to charge the freon
