Question installing old CT springs

Question installing old CT springs
I got a set of the older CT springs used. The rears have the rubber sleeves. The fronts do not. Are they supposed to? Are there ones on the stock springs? If so, should I reuse them on the CT fronts?
Also, are these side specific? front left, front right, rear left, rear right? The springs are only labeled front & rear.
