How much to drop it?

I got 03 cls and i just put new 19 inch tsw montage hypersilver rims on it. how much should i drop it? And are comptech the best springs for the cls

I looked up the specs from TSW. Supposedly the offset is 40. Is this correct? If it is a 40 offset, you won't be able to drop it much, if any at all. Especially with 245 tires.
