What pressure are you going to run since you changed the aspect ratio and you have more rubber on the road?

Are the stock rims 7 or 7.5" wide?

Thats what I thought...I have toyo prox 4's on my stock rims in 235 but couldnt remember if it was 7 or 7.5

I am getting a new car 06 gt and rims I have for it are 18x9...I want 285/40 but the smallest they want is 9.5. So I guess it should be ok on a 9.....

the only thing about smaller tires on stock rims is the it throws off your speedometer a lil bit so your not going as fast as it says you are but its good because even tho your car is lowered it still looks stock with the wheel gap and you dont get speeding tickets that often
