Hi, I'm new to the site and was hoping to get some advice. I have 03 CL type S 117,000 miles.
drove it Saturday on 2 hour trip each way it ran normal ran smooth accelerated good. Sunday I get in to go to gym and I got a rough idle sputters when accelerating as rpm get higher smoothes out some but doesn't accelerate well or normal. Also, engine was louder like exhaust noise coming from under hood. When I got to gym and got out of car I smelled a burning not oil or coolant but maybe a rubber type smell. It ran even worse going home and CE and VSA light came on. Took to local parts store they pulled codes p1129 and p0131 so I replaced the front O2 sensor and MAP sensor but it didn't help. Still runs like crap, rough idle sputters off idle won't rev normal and doesn't seem to get past 3k 3.5k rpm under load. I'd appreciate any ideas on where to go from here thanks
