Ive put on a new fuel pump, changed spark plugs and ignition coils the car still wont crank help anyone

 

get a new starter

 

saw your other post. if you're talking about the same car as in the other post you'll get much more help if you keep all the info in one thread. at the moment it sounds like you're talking about two different cars: one turns over and the other does not.

if this is the same, I'd recommend asking an admin to close this one out to avoid confusion...

As of 2/17/20 I have replacrd the starter and still wont crank. Any new suggestions as to the cause of my problem.

You gotta get the service manual and go through the troubleshooting section for the starting system there.

Hard to diagnose these things over the net.

Search the forum for "1999-2003 service manual"

 

Just to be clear... not cranking or not starting. You've listed a lot of items that suggest cranking, but not starting. Not cranking is different from not starting so I want to make sure I'm clear on the ask.
Crank could be a lot of things
-Safety neutral switch for the transmission (meaning the car has to be in park, sense it's in park)
-Starter and/or starter relay
-Ignition switch and/or relay

a few that come to mind
