How to remove the rotor screws?
Hi.
It took me 3 hours to remove the front-left rotor screw, so I really want to know how to take them out. What I've done were drilling and torching the screws but nothing work. Please help me.

Impact driver. Its a screwdriver you hit with a hammer and as you hit it twists and the force of the hammer makes sure it stays in.
If you already drilled em outthen idk what to tell you, drill em out some more I guess but you woulda saved a lot of time with the above mentioned method.

Yeah, once you put the drill to them, you messed up the screws. The only alternative is to continue to drill them through. When you completely destroy the screws, you have to take the remaining pieces out. Hopefully you didn't destroy the threads. If you did, just re-tap them with a tap set.

Basically there were two methods. The first one was the impact driver with PB-blaster. I drilled the screw with a titanium drill when the driver failed.
Here is another question.
Do I have breed the brake fluid when the pads were replaced?
I replaced the pads but I did not breed the fluid at all.

Should you?

I didn't (was in a rush) and the first time I stepped on the brake it went right to the floor. Had to pump it a few times to get it back to normal.
get a drill..put it on tq mode (the slow mode) put it in reverse... make sure u got the right it or u'll strip it for sure...
push on drill, press reverse and ur done..
attempting that by hand is a joke really, i cannot see them coming out that way

you cant use a regular bit to go in reverse on a drill to get the screw out, the 2 edges dont bite that way. you need an extractor bit and/or T-handle which can also be done by hand. if you cant see it happening thats because you never tried correctly. next time use the impact screwdriver and a BFH like some sated above. shouldnt take more than 5 good hits w/ the hammer and some PB!
^^ i agree the impact screw driver is the best thing invented i have 2 of them. i suggest if your screws are rusted use some liquid wrench let it sit for 5-10 mins add some more and knock it with the impact screw driver it should pop right out.
