are you having issues removing the actual bushings?

cauase a screw driver works wonders with popping them out

It is very easy to do if you are at all mechanically inclined.

1. Remove stock intake
2. Spray bushings with lubricant for easier removal
3. Remove cotter pins on stock bushings
4. Pull shift cables up and off linkage
5. Push or pry old bushings out with screwdriver
6. Install new bushings
7. Shift hard

When pulling up the cables like mentioned in step 4 above, make sure you take the 2 metal clips off. This will release the tension on the cables. They are just above the bushings towards the firewall. Follow the cables up from the bushings and you can't miss them.
Someone could please post up the parts diagram so we can see, please.

Make sure you do this or you could damage the shift cables!
