Exclamation Found mysterious bolt & bracket resting inside engine compartment??

I opened my engine compartment oday to begin replacing my power steering unit.

I noticed that sitting on the frame, behind the passenger headlight was a 4 inch bolt and bracket; I have no idea what this belongs to.
I've included a photo, and am hoping someone here can give me an accurate ID.

Placed ontop of the engine, for scale. Was orignally found resting on the frame, behind the passenger side headlight, in the engine compartment.

Holding the bracket in my hand; Logo is prominent. This is a simple metal bracket, attached to a flattened cube of solid metal. The cube has weight. The bracket takes the bolt from the previous photo.

Looking for anyone who can ID these,

Thanks in Advance .

This looks like #6 Damper, Side Engine Mount Dynamic & #36 Bolt, Flange (12X110) from the side engine mount on the link below.

Engine Mount for 2003 Acura CL | Delray Acura Parts (acuraoemparts.com)

Did you have the side engine mount changed recently?

If not, check to see if the #8 side engine mount is fastened to #9 side engine mounting bracket via #36.
