Bolts Under Side Engine Mount?

Trying to identify a bolt and its importance. (2003 TL - Type S)

Swapping out my side engine mount. Found a loose, long 5-6in bolt (14mm). This bolt goes into the engine block, parallel to the ground from passenger to drivers side. These two bolts are right under engine mount bolts.

So there are two of these bolts and one of them completely slides in and out, no catching on any threads.

I am wondering if I need a longer bolt, or if the threads are stripped out completely in the engine block.

Looking for an engine block diagram to identify. Not in the http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...13s0k0_b47.gif diagram, but it is right below number 8.

Thanks for any leads!!

After looking at it a little more, it seem to be a mounting block for the engine mount (engine side). Hmm now why are these bolts too short? 4.5 inches from bolt to end of threads.

Or maybe they got rattled-stripped while the mount was broken?
