why is this bolt so big

Hello,
In prepping to replace my front engine mount, I noticed a metal plate that holds up the wiring from the front catalytic converter. I may want to move the plate to make room and noticed the plate is held in place by a 14mm bolt. Before removing the bolt, I was wondering if it would be OK to do so. Normally, I would not think twice about removing the bolt, but the size and torque spec (33 ft/lbs) made me wonder if the bolt serves some other role.

Thanks. I've read the posts about removing the mount and no one mentions touching this plate but in case I need to I'd rather ask in advance.

There's nothing behind it, i also thought the same thing when removing that bolt but i've been driving my car fine without it for 2,000 miles now so i think it's safe it serves no other purpose.

For those that may have the same question in the future, I just came across the attached. The bolt is big because it is used to lift the engine.
