RHO plate mishap
well guys i need your help. i was installing the rho plate and long story short the bolt that screws on to the tow hook snapped in there...
is there any way i could remove it out the hole?
a inch and a half of the snapped bolt sticks out

Get a pair of vice grips, clamp on a twist off? Maybe take off your bumper to get a good bite.
