feul running too rich

Hey guys i 03typ$ 6pd few mods like intake headers catback and light flywheel. did a dyno on it come to find out it put dwn 205whp. the dealer put the wrong plugs in there but the pedal still feels a lil hard & BURNS GAS CRAZY . i was also told that it was running too rich ANY SURGESTIONS

Did you swap the plugs out for the correct ones?

Your primary O2 sensor is responsable for your AFR, eaither the sensor is FUBAR or you have a exhaust leak giving the sensor bad infor to work from.....

yes i did the car pulls a lot better but sucks on the highway or on a straightway.

Your right i did have a leak in the headers but its fixed now so do i swapout the o2 sensor or ?

205whp? that really really low for the mods u have. did the dyno show what a/f ratio your running? most dyno graphs do.

I would, just make sure you get eaither a Denso or NTK, do not use anything else, especially Bosch.....

changing headers pretty often screws up O2 sensors and make your car running too rich. If you continue running like that you will also mess up your cat.

only if the person who installed your headers messed up the O2 sensor in the process. my installer was careful about taking care of that part and im running the original sensor.
