I was at Fred Myer buying silicone for my new black housing headlight, when i came out my turn the ignition and everything turns on except for my engine!!! I m for sure its not the battery. It happened like 5 times already but this time it would'nt start at all. I m thinking its the starter.... what do you guys think?

So are you saying everything turns on in the car (lights, bells, whistles, etc.) but the engine won't turn over or will it turn over, just not start?

 

Yea everything turns on but the engine....i got nothing from the engine, kinda weird how i got there and now i cant even start the motor

 

Clarification.... Does it actually crank or will the starter not even turn over? If the starter turns but the engine isn't starting, I wonder if it has something to do with the ignition key and the anti-theft system. If you don't have the proper key, it won't start, it'll just crank and crank and crank with no starty-starty. If you have the right key, maybe try another key? Like the valet or someting. If that doesn't work, maybe you've got a bad ignition switch. THis is all of course, IF the starter is turning but the engine refuses to start.

 

OOOH Shoot i finally got it back it back today! it was the starter....I took a hammer and knock the starter a few time. I m for sure its the starter now....Thanks for the help i'll post some pictures soon once i put my black housing on and philips 6000k on.
