Clicking Noise From Front Left Wheel

on light acceleration it i can hear it clicking. turning, going straight it doesn't matter. at a constant speed its quiet. wheel bearing, CV shaft or something else? just makes a few clicks when lightly accelerating. i don't think its a CV cause it would click louder when turning. the cars got 114xxx km on it.

Get under the car and check.
CV shaft - look at boot. any rips?
Lower ball joint - look at boot, any rips? There also should not be any play between knuckle and lower control arm.
Wheel bearing - Take wheels off. Move/shake spindle left to right, up and down. If there's any play its worn.

When my car made that sound, a 22mm bolt was missing connecting the front sway to the car on the left side. Put a new bolt in and noise is gone.

its at the end of the front sway bar. you should be able to locate the bar easily.

not endlink. front sway, its a single solid bar that runs from nearly one front wheel to the other. Its a smooth bar, black in color, about 1 inch in diameter.
people upgrade it sometimes. maybe you can find a DIY with pics or something for front sway installation.

ok finally found what was wrong. the only thing that i didn't have a socket for, the 36mm axle nut. tighten it about 1/4 turn and that was it. problem solved. i not even sure how that could have come loose in the first place, the original indent to keep it from loosening was where it was outta the factory. any ideas how on how it happened?

Im having the same problem...i am hearing a clicking sound while driving straight and turning. I took the wheel off and inspected the axel but no holes rips or tears in the boot and i didnt see any missing bolts anywhere..i shook every part i could get to and nothing seems to be loose..have to drive back and forth to work for the next few days and i dont want my car to fall apart on the way to work but i dnt want to pay what the stealership is asking for to check it out and replace the axel (if thats the problem) but at this point i am out of ideas. I might just give in and pay for it to get done as soon as Trump sends me more money. Im just trying to avoid paying an arm n leg (with the ass cheek included) just to find out that it was a simple fix..
