Check engine and VSA

My check engine light and VSA lights came on today out of nowhere. Took it to my trusty mechanic ( not a Honda or Acura specialist… ) and got the following codes:

po700 a/t system malfunction
p1739 3 pressure failure
po740 tc clutch system failure
25-1 yaw rate sensor failure
53-1 abs pump motor relay
64-1 sensor supply voltage
83-1 ecm relation failure

Obviously there's a lot going on here…

Car is a 2001 CLS with 195,000. Last replaced the trans 5 years ago.

Am i kidding myself hoping there is a relatively easy fix?
