Has anyone had this go bad. Yes I get that this car is 12 years old and things need to be replaced. But the dealer wants over $700 for the whole throttle body. What symptoms were you having and is there any other way around getting the whole part from the dealer? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

I see complete throttle bodies on EBay for between $50 and $150 and position sensors between $20 and $245.
