AC Condensor fan

My '03 CL-S6 is having AC issues. My AC is blowing cold then shutting off. I added some freon and that didn't help. I don't believe that I have any leaks. I bypassed the pressure switch on the the dryer, still the same thing. The compressor will run for a minute or two and cycle off. As it does, the cooling fan shuts off too. The cooling fan comes on as soon as I turn on the AC. I noticed that the condensor fan was not coming on. I swapped its relay with the cooling fan relay. The cooling fan still runs but not the condensor fan. I put power straight to the condensor fan and it works. My AC seems to be work as I don't have so much head pressure. So I narrowed my problems down to the condensor fan not coming on and causing too much pressure. I went to the fuse panel on the firewall with a test light. I have 12V pos on two of the terminals going to the relay. Same with the cooling fan. I believe the system works by providing a ground path as the fuse for the condensor fan stays "hot" regardless of the AC being on. I hooked my test light to the positive battery terminal. I have ground at one of the terminals for the cooling fan and the other terminal becomes grounded when I turn on AC which is activating the cooling fan. I can't pick up a ground on either terminal for the condensor fan. I need to to know the wiring diagram for this circuit. Is that circuit dependant on the pressure switch? I was checking the relays without the car running as I have a CAI and my car hums loudly and was getting annoying under the hood. My car is at my shop now and I drove the truck home. I had hooded the pressure switch back up but I guess I could bypass again and see if that makes a difference. I just sitting at home trying to figure this out. I don't believe the climate controller is bad but who knows. All the functions on it work. Also does the same thing on defrost. Any help would be greatly appreciated
