2001 Acura 3.2CL EGR Valve Problem
Hey I was hoping someone could tell me how to find and clean out my EGR valve, my malfunction indicator light is on and the code that was read said something about the EGR flow being insufficent and I was told I could go home and clean it out myself. Is it located inside the intake manifold or can it be reached without taking all of that suff off? Pictures would be awesome as well as step by step instructions. I put seafoam in the gas to see if that helped. The EGR valve was replaced 2 years ago when I had a new transmission put in the car. Thanks!
thats where the EGR valve is located
its good to remove intake manifold and clean the EGR port with brake cleaner(you will need at least 3 cans)
