RonJon CL kit comparo, with & without...BIG DIfference!
Mclaren came by today and picked up his kit, So i had the camera on me and just shot some side by side comparisons of a Silver CL with and without the kit, really makes a big difference. Keep in mind, My front and rear aren't on completely since i am getting them molded, didn't want to have to peel back the 3M tape just yet. We test fitted the Front and sides on Bret's car on premises, and it fit like a glove, perfect.

sweet! When I left the warehouse with you last week and was following you through yonkers for a bit you got everyone to turn their heads, even drivers going the opposite direction...and there i was behind you with your grille, lowered and 19's and nobody noticed...it really does make that much of a difference. And its going to look 10x better molded. Im taking the cheap route of having urethane applied to smooth it out.

yeah, but I'm not getting it molded flush, just getting the edges rolled to a rounded lip, then having it permenantly fixed to the car. after that, a little filler to hide the seam, thats all. I have to keep it as a moving display of the kit, but this way, it will be prefectly fitted on the car forever.

just awesome. my favorite part of the kit are the sideskirts. it just makes the car have a different appearance and prescence. you made it Rondy. big ups to you and going through with making an aftermarket body kit for a car no longer on the market for years. it was very much worth it. one free kit for me please.
off the subject, is that a dent in the driver side door of McLaren's CL?

I just gotta say McLaren's car is going to look so sick with that kit. Both of those cars look badass!
Also: Ron, did you use the RockBlocker tailight tint? If so did you get the darker or lighter, and how do you like the light output of them?
