Pic Request: Blacked Tail Lights

Does anyone have a pic of a CL(preferably NBP) with blacked out tail lights with the back up lights left clear? Thanks a lot.

Its actually not that dark its just the sun, Ive never been pulled over for it. You can see the lights from far away when breaking at day or night. I put on 4 coats to make it look like that

I've been considering the same setup on NBP, was afraid it would be too much black, but would love to see pics. BTW, I had this done to my SSM cl before, I have to say, let a bodyshop spray with clearcoat over the tint spray and let them buff it, it ends up looking so much more clean and professional looking.

Rondog, you are selling your car, let the mod bug go and put the mod bug on your new car, haha.

I didnt use night shade, I used some other product that already had clear coats in it. But if your using night shade start out with 3 coats and see if you like it that way and then maybe add a another coat.If you add too many coats you might get pulled over because it too dark. But you have to do a few clear coat after or they will look flat black and have no gloss to it. Clear coats should be around 3-4 to look real good.

the mod bug never dies, he just buroughs deeper and deeper making his home in me as a parasite, lol. Not to Hijack, but every other day I change my mind. just gonna wait till someone pops up with the funds and then I'll decide.

As for the tails, I like the dark version, but not too dark, just enough to see a little maroon in the unlit tails. And then a clear coat over the black to top it off.

I'm thinking of doing mine like that but for more of a smoked look...
any suggestions on how to create that? Like 1-2 coats?
