Thanks. It can be a bit wierd, but sometimes when its really hot out (like today) Ill take the a/c over the bike. Oh - and when it rains.

It appears that the bracket will not fit with my Neuspeed bar. I need to cut off the last bolt hole of the bracket because that plus the strut bar = no threads to bolt onto. Thats OEM top hats BTW.
Thoughts on cutting the bracket and using three mounting holes for the strut tower bracket?

Thats what Im thinking. Sadly, I dont have anything that can cut it, so Ill have to bring it somewhere to get cut. Which means it wont get installed until next week because Im driving up to NY this weekend.

Damn that's an awesome picture Morgan! I'm wasn't sure how I felt about the calipers being blue at first, but I'm glad they are blue now

Heavy foot? The worst mileage I got was with the 3.2 and that was 21mpg. The 3.6 refuses to get less then 24mpg, which doesnt happen often.

you're getting better mileage with the 3.6?
If it works, great. That's pretty amazing, though.

Most guys are actually. Quite a few Accords on V 6 P are getting high 30s after the builds. Their ECUs use widebands though so that have greater control.
My best so far was 32mpg in the mountains at 80mph. That tank pictured above would have been my best had I not gotten stuck in traffic.

It happens. Get a full load of people/cargo, A/C going hard, heat outside, add in some altitude/uphill driving, you've got a recipe for 4000 rpm gas-guzzling cruising.
What internals are you running? If they're lighter than the 3.2's, then that would explain the mileage increase. Otherwise, I'm confused as fvck.

When I first got my CL, I averaged about 14 mpg the first few weeks I had it. I was fucking flying everywhere.
I happily average 20-23/city 29-31/highway in the TL now

The 32mpg trip was through the mountains in NC doing 70-80mph. The trip on the way there was 31mpg doing the same thing with the a/c on, but we hit some traffic on I81 just south of Roanoke. There was a 240lb passenger with me, two bags, and some camera gear.
This past trip to NY wasn't kept at a steady pace. In VA and MD we kept fluctuating between 50-85mph. There were a few 100mph pulls in VA too (fucking buses in the left lane). Once I got into NJ we were averaging about 30mph, stop and go, from exit two to exit 10 which is about 70 miles. NY was the same from I278 through the Southern State Parkway, which was about 35 miles.

The first minute of the vid was absolutely pointless.
The rest though Id love to get an S1 Elise, but IIRC they werent made available in the US. There are a few running around though. They weigh even less then the S2 models.
I love the Honda single DIN radio block off plate.
I will own one within the next three years. I just need to do something with my Civic. Anyone want to buy a stripped and caged Civic? Ive got tons of parts

Nasty nasty build. Sorry if you've answered the question earlier in the thread, but there's 20 pages. But have you ever taken the car to the strip? What kind of number do you think you're putting down?
That's awesome you're getting good gas mileage with the build too.

I would take it to the strip, but over the past few days I think Im noticing my clutch slipping. Im fucking pissed.
And Im not sure if Ive mentioned this before, but for some reason VTEC wont engage until ~5200rpms at full throttle. I have a feeling the pulley on the TB is too large which isn't letting the TPS see full throttle. 1 of 2 things need to happen - I need to get a smaller pulley or AEM needs to get off their ass and put the EMS out so I can remap the voltage on it to read WOT.
Id prefer to go with the smaller pulley though, as it would seem easier IMO.
